The indoor practice field is designed to optimize airflow and temperature control, ensuring heat dissipation on hot days. On one side of the building, six large propeller fans generate a variable cross flow of air that circulates down and across the field, exiting through multiple large roll-up doors. By incorporating this dual functionality into the roll-up doors, the need for additional large louvers and motorized dampers is eliminated. Furthermore, several high-volume, low-velocity ceiling fans are strategically placed to enhance airflow. These fans are equipped with variable speed settings and user-friendly controls. To ensure comfort during colder months, unit heaters are strategically positioned around the perimeter of the field, providing warmth to the students.
