Mr. Cashwell began his career at ING Consulting in 2015, after graduating from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In 2020, he took the PE exam and registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Georgia. His leadership has helped to guide our design teams to success on a diverse range of projects, including 70-million-dollar new schools, entire patient floor renovations and tailor-made solutions for our clients’ many complex challenges. Every step of the way he has strived to continuously develop and refine his skills as a detail-oriented design engineer and project manager. Now, as a partner in the firm, his goal is to continue delivering exceptional results to our clients by leading, growing and empowering our team at ING.
