300,000 ft²

Air-cooled chillers were used in the design of this 3-story high school serving more than 3,500 students and faculty. A noteworthy aspect of this project entailed seamlessly integrating the new structure with the existing buildings, which were interconnected prior to the demolition phase. To address the specific requirements of engineering classes, culinary classes, and a spacious auditorium, a comprehensive approach was adopted employing a combination of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), Variable Air Volume (VAV), and Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS).
