The Crown Plaza hotel is a prominent feature of North Augusta’s Riverside Village development. The 184 room, luxury hotel features an elegant lobby with an open-air bar, a fine-dining steak house, pool and rooftop bar. The lobby and conference rooms are cooled by a 60-ton VRF system. Rooftop units serve back-of-house offices and service areas. Special consideration was given to smoke containment and exhaust from the steak house’s wood-fired charbroiler. Guest rooms feature individual climate control and luxury bathrooms. Infrared heaters on the rooftop bar allow guests to enjoy drinks and views of the Savannah River and SRP ballpark year-round.
