The Clemson School of Nursing is a 4-story, 78,000 SQ.FT., state-of-the-art facility, purpose built for producing a high-quality education for our nation’s nurses. Features include skills labs and simulation labs with a medical gas system to provide students with real, hands-on experience, as well as classrooms and a 250-seat auditorium.
Air-cooled chillers, boilers and large central station air handlers provide conditioned, fresh air for the building occupants. Terminal units with hot water reheat provide zone control to each space. All major mechanical equipment is consolidated in the penthouse to minimize classroom disruptions and for ease of maintenance.
